UK / Worldwide Delivery Information

We pride ourselves on dispatching our orders quickly and efficiently. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday,  will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Weekends or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All deliveries are dispatched by either DPD Local, TNT or UPS and will require a signature upon request.  If you are unable to receive your delivery, the items can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, (at your risk) just let us know.

Delivery times for delivery are between the hours of 8.00am – 6pm Monday to Friday – If we are unable to deliver, the courier will leave details to rearrange delivery. We may need to make an additional handling charge for the re-return and delivery.

The Prices quoted will cover most orders up to around 15 kilos, however if your order exceeds this we will contact you to advise of any other costs. Other timed services are available – please call the office and we can arrange this for you.

We ship Ex works via road 5-7 days to Europe. (Chemicals, oils and refrigerants cannot be shipped outside the UK).

As we deal with UPS we have many options for deliveries so please call or email us to discuss your requirements.

Timed Deliveries

Saturday, Bank Holiday and Timed deliveries are available upon request – please call the sales team on 0115 9382555 or email  for a delivery price.

Defective/Damaged products on delivery

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or is delivered damaged we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund provided that you advise us of the fault with 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. To arrange collection of your product please call us.

Please ensure that the number of boxes/pallets received correspond to our courier delivery note, as discrepancies of this nature cannot be rectified later.

Any discrepancy must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.
